All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of your order. You will be immediately notified by e-mail if there is a delay.
If your style is in stock then you will receive your order within working 3 days. If however we are out of stock we will notify you of the approximate waiting time. If that particular piece is not being made anymore, or you'd rather not wait, we will offer you a similar alternative or a full refund.
If you need an item delivered urgently within the UK please ask for our Special Delivery service which costs £7.50. Your order would be dispatched within 1 working day of order for delivery the next working day by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This service requires a signature to accept the delivery. Not available for Saturday delivery. Order before 2pm for next day delivery.
We believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to make a return or if there is a problem with the order.
You must notify us by email to email@example.com with details of the order and item(s) you wish to return BEFORE returning anything back to us. We will then issue a returns authorisation by email.
Please note we do not refund return postage costs, unless the item is faulty. Items returned WITHOUT proper authorisation may be refused. A full refund will be made upon receipt of the returned goods and within 30 days of notification.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds are available on pierced earrings for health and hygiene reasons. For the same reasons we cannot accept the exchange or refund of any sets that contain pierced earrings.
